Brad Booker
Emily & Brad Booker bring 15+ years of real estate experience to the table & are regarded by their clients & friends for being trustworthy, excellent listeners, & having in-depth knowledge of the St. Louis area market. Their secret sauce & the reason for over 215 client 5-star reviews is their communication skills, dedication to matching people with the right property, & the ability to (calmly & professionally) keep people & deals on track. They have sold over $160 million in residential sales & closed 650+ transactions, so they understand that buying/selling a home is complex and deeply personal & that there is a lot financially at stake. This perspective drives them to be experts at their job & helps you feel supported during your real estate transaction. Emily & Brad also are owners/landlord of several investment properties & know a good house & deal when they see one!
Emily grew up helping her Realtor father answer phones at his brokerage & flyering apartment buildings on Sunday mornings. She graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2001with a degree in International Business & Chinese, while her real accomplishment was being a Big 12 mascot: Chip the Buffalo! Emily then spent a few years overseas in China & New Zealand teaching ESL, as she’s fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She also holds a black belt in Taekwondo! She joined forces with her Realtor husband Brad in 2012. Emily's favorite things are hubby, Brad, her kids (Eloise & Jude) & pickleball.
Brad has been working with buyers & sellers since 2008 & has guided his clients through the extensive volatility of every real estate market since. He takes pride in listening to & advocating for his clients to get the best deal. Brad spent his 20's & early 30’s touring the world as a Capitol Records & Atlantic Records recording artist & touring drummer for the bands Stir, Gravity Kills, & Apartment 26. He was also a writer for EMI Music Publishing Worldwide while recording in legendary studios in Los Angeles, Nashville, & England. He also co-founded El Monstero, a Pink Floyd Tribute band in St. Louis which presently draws over 20,000 people per year. You can find Brad road biking, golfing, playing his beloved Baldwin piano, & hanging with Emily & their 2 teenage kiddos.
